We’ll curate a selection of options that are fully vetted, experience focused, and worthy of your investment together with our exceptional in-destination partners.
We encourage you to pour a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine!) and take your time looking through the options to select those that speak to you and the vibe you’re envisioning for this trip.

Modify, update, and iterate to perfection. Once approved, we’ll confirm all details on your behalf and will fine tune the smallest of details behind the scenes. We often say that our superpower is in the details, proactively making sure your experience is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

There’s nothing quite like arriving in a new destination - whether close to home, somewhere you’ve previously visited, or so far away the sights, sounds, and smells hit you the moment you step off the plane.
We’ll be posted at our “command center,” as we facetiously like to refer to our home offices, to ensure everything is running smoothly during your trip. The only thing we ask of you is to send a photo to let us know just how much you’re enjoying your travels.
Repeat
Upon returning home, we look forward to hearing about your travels. We want to know your favorite parts of the trip (the parts that you would return to do them all over again) and we’ll ask, if you could change or add one thing to your trip, what would it be?

All trip design requests are unique and each proposal we design is custom and personalized to you. These details are included to provide a general guideline to our Research & Design Fee Structure.
Upon receiving your Design My Trip form and once we understand the full scope of work, we will quote the Research & Design fee for your trip design request. The below fee structure is based on a per trip basis.

First and foremost, our partners specialize in planning travel in their home country and they are the true experts in all that their destination has to offer. Their offices are located in destination which enables them to keep a pulse on everything that’s going on and that’s changing from one month to the next. Your itinerary will be designed with unprecedented authenticity because we design each component with local tourism professionals in that destination.
When we work with local on-the-ground partners, your investment creates a greater, more positive impact in the lives of those directly responsible for the success of your travels. The closer we work to the destination, the more money stays in destination, and the more locals benefit from your interest in their country.
You’ll soon see as we design your travels together that we as your travel advisors specialize in getting to know you. We want to know where you’ve been and where you’re heading, what each trip is motivated and inspired by, and which experiences you’ve enjoyed most in other destinations.
