Are we a good fit to design a trip together?

• Now accepting new trip design inquiries for May 2024 and beyond.

• We specialize in 4* - 5* travel and thrive in creating “high-low” travel experiences that include splashy 5* hotels alongside food truck dining recommendations and everything in between.

• Our best work happens when we’re planning 4+ months in advance, and for peak season travel, at least 7 months in advance (think Summer in Europe, Festive Season in December & January, Spring Break, Cherry Blossoms in Japan, etc).

• Our trip design calendar is fully committed 3-4 weeks in advance. We’re currently scheduling Discovery Calls approximately 4-5 weeks out from the time we receive your inquiry.

• All destinations are different and there are many factors that go into the total investment for a trip. Itineraries we design generally start from $500 per person per day including hotels, transportation, activities and experiences.

• We’re currently accepting new trip design inquiries with a total investment starting at $10,000, not including airfare.

• Our Research & Design fee is based on the length + complexity of the trip design. Our R&D fee starts from $650 per trip and increases for last minute inquiries (departing in less than 4 months) and for trips that are 11+ days in total duration.
